About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support our retail and D2C operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights effectively.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources (internal databases, marketing campaigns, customer interactions, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and reporting dashboards for efficient data visualization.
  • Perform statistical analysis and identify key trends to support business objectives.
  • Create data-driven presentations and reports to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Stay updated on data analysis trends and technologies, recommending and implementing new tools and techniques.
  • Participate in A/B testing and other data-driven experiments to improve user experience and business outcomes.
  • Contribute to maintaining data quality and integrity standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
